Step 1: Click on the Windows start button
Step 2: Click on the Settings as depicted below

After clicking on the Apps, you will see a list of all installed programs, if the Vulkan Runtime library is installed on your computer, it will be shown there in the list else it will not be shown.
If you want to uninstall the Vulkan Runtime Library although there is no need for it, as it does not harm your computer in any way but if you are willing to remove it, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open up Run, to do this press the Win key + R
Step 2: Type “appwiz.cpl” as shown below in the image
Step 3: Click on the “OK” button
Now you will see all the programs installed in the computer system and scroll down if Vulkan is not being visible. Once reached, right-click on it and click on Uninstall option.
This way, you will have Vulkan uninstalled from the computer.
If you are a gamer, you must be dealing with NVidia, Steam, or similar software. So, whenever you install these gaming giants in your computer system, Vulkan Runtime Library gets installed automatically, and during the procedure of installation, you will not get to see pop up, indicating that you are about to install the Vulkan but that does not mean Vulkan is a virus or some harmful software snippet.
Even if you install this software in a custom installation mode, sometimes it is not visible that you are about to install Vulkan Runtime Library. So, there is no actual way of checking the hidden installation of the Vulkan and it installs by default without prompting the user.
If you have removed it accidentally or your graphic card is not working accurately, You may try reinstalling it, and steps to achieve the same have been mentioned below.
Step 1: Press the Windows key and type device manager, as shown below in the image
Step 2: Now, Click on Device Manager
Step 3: Once clicked, you will see the following image
Step 4: Right-click on the display adapter as shown below and choose Uninstall
Step 5: Restart the computer and windows will perform the reinstall operation automatically
Step 6: If restarting the computer does not install the driver, connect your computer to the internet and choose the Update Driver option from the menu as shown in the image.
After following the above options You will have reinstalled the display adapter driver successfully on the computer.
It has already been discussed in the above passage that this specific library does not harm your computer system by any means and it is here to support the gaming experience in terms of graphics. So, it should not be removed from the computer, and still, if you feel that it should not exist in the system, you may go above passages and check the steps to remove Vulkan Runtime Library.
