If you want to uninstall the Vulkan Runtime Library although there is no need for it, as it does not harm your computer in any way but if you are willing to remove it, follow the steps below.

This way, you will have Vulkan uninstalled from the computer.

So, whenever you install these gaming giants in your computer system, Vulkan Runtime Library gets installed automatically, and during the procedure of installation, you will not get to see pop up, indicating that you are about to install the Vulkan but that does not mean Vulkan is a virus or some harmful software snippet. 

Even if you install this software in a custom installation mode, sometimes it is not visible that you are about to install Vulkan Runtime Library. So, there is no actual way of checking the hidden installation of the Vulkan and it installs by default without prompting the user.

Step 6: If restarting the computer does not install the driver, connect your computer to the internet and choose the Update Driver option from the menu as shown in the image.
